Hi Larry, As someone else mentioned, the rule of thumb is 15 deg at each joint but that can be pushed significantly, especially for low speed, intermittent, agricultural use. By your dimensions you are at about 18 deg. You should not have a problem. As others have said, make sure the phasing is correct so you don't a cyclic rpm effect at the mower.  Rod
