The 425W part is the casting code for when the block was cast.Yes,the plate was for a fuel pump,What you have is an IH repalcement engine.That engine was built for use in several different applications so IH put all the extras on it for whoever may need it for whatever they need it for.The part number for the engine has been ground off.Contact nme via email and Ill send you some pics of my M with the same engine on it.
