When the line that the duck bill is fresh it
stretches enough to let the valve be installed
and holds it it place. As the line ages it
hardens in the stretched size and won't hold a
new valve. Sometimes you can get by by
shortening the line by about 1/2" or you have to
replace the line.
I don't know where you can get the valves.
