I know, the same KIT in Sutherlands was the nearly the exact same price only with 2X4 spliced trusses on 4' centers (no screws). Then I would have had the joy of putting it up myself.

A flat bed truck dropped the material off on a Thursday and 4 guys showed up at 4:30 on Saturday afternoon and started puting it togather. They finished on Sunday afternoon. Payment terms where half when the building was dropped off, half when it was assembled. Most local crews wanted 20%-40% down then you got put on a list to "someday" get your building.
