Not according to my parts book info. A 6030 with the 6531D engine (not turboed and aftercooled - not very common) would use the same pump as the 5020, but the 6531A engine uses a different part number - looks quite a bit different in the pics.
6531D pump - AR46972. 6531A pump - AR53547. They use different bearings, impellers and so forth. Plus, if he's just sticking to pulling, running an electric fan will free up 10-15 horsepower that would be required to drive the regular fan.
