I don't know too much about a Massey Harris in general but I have found that 5.50 or 6.00 X 16" front tractor tires work out pretty well on my IH little genius 2-14s, although the land side tire I believe is supposed to be taller than the furrow tire. I have a couple of non-operating plows that are set-up with a 7.00-16 truck tire on the land side and use a smaller 16" tire on the furrow side. I also have an IH little genius 2-14s on steel, the land side wheel is larger than the furrow wheel, and I know it is original. The land side wheel being a larger diameter is to allow for more adjustment so that the first furrow you turn when starting a field will be at the same depth as the rest of the field.
