Hi Rick, You might want to wash them in cold water, or at the very least warm,cut down on your detergent when you wash them, and use lots of a fluid type fabric softener,Gain is what I use. It will also pay to dry them on a low heat setting on your dryer, and do them as many times as to get them dry. This was my way of getting my coveralls to soften up(the same type as yours) do not put on the line to dry as this realy hardens them up.Hope this will help, God Bless, and good luck. Walter
