The tie rod arm has a 1 bolt clamp on the end
of it, & it clamps to the left 3pt arm. Do this with
the mower down on the ground. When you
pick up the 3pt, the tie rod will pull the chain &
raise the sickle bar.

Ford had several different clamp deals for
different tractor models. If you are hooking up
to a Ford tractor with good solid anti-sway
bars, you probably will not need any such
triangles. Without stablizers, they are to clamp
on somehow to act as anti-sways.

A manual for the mower is only 10-15 bucks
from New Holland, they have a 1-800 number
for such things. Real helpful to sort this out.
