1936 John Deere A

My grandfather had this particular tractor
until it was bought from my father. It came with
a loader and all attachments. However in the
process a vandal has come along and broken the
oil filter bolt(?) that resides on the bottom of
this particular engine. Am looking to restore
and use this tractor any ideas of how to get the
rest of the bolt out?
