The term "stuck" is meaningless. The reason why it's stuck could be anything from some cylinder rust which is cured with a can of PB Blaster to a tossed rod which means you have a fancy boat anchor. Your getting it for free most likely because the guy knows the cost to rebuild the engine would easily exceed the cost of a good running tractor. In other words, the tractor is worthless.
