NH is the only state around where they're legal and then it's only the little ones. People come here by the thousands from Massivetwoshutts to buy them. While they're here, they also buy cheaper booze and cigarettes. Hehhehheh. We're also surrounded by states that have the "bottle bill" (deposit on bottles and cans). People here pick them up and take them to Maine, Vermont and Mass to redeem them. Makes a nice little industry for some industrious folks. Kid that works at the dump saves out all the deposit ones and takes them to Vermont. Comes back with a nice chunk of change for very little effort.
