Hi Rick, If it's been sitting that long I would go work the tractor then see what color you get. White smoke at running temperature means low compression but in your case it could be stuck rings from setting so long. Be sure to drain the water out of the fuel filter. If the fuel has no black slime or alot of water, then it would not bother me to use it. T_Bone
