You might try and see if a JD hold down will fit if so theyhave hold downs for the bolts and rivets. probably can get them other places for other mowers too just know deere has them since we're using a 1219 deere the nut will set the head if you do that before you put the section in place. Otherwise slip a shim under the hold down you'll have to bend the other end down though to make up for the shim.
