There was an article in "Antique Power" May/June about a company that made conversion kits for many autos of that approximate vintage. Could it possibly be one of these? The company was Otaca Ltd. of Orillo, Ontario The conversions were adverised as 'Autotrac's. I seem to remember that the Whippet was a british car and were also manufactured and sold in the states by American Bantam.
