I have a 1947 Farmall H yesterday i was using it around the farm and i was getting ready to put it inside. i was going to shift into reverse and it wouldent go. before i got the tractor it was sitting outside for a while and the motor was stuck. i got it freed up and running nicley. i just painted it and now this happens. i am trying to avoid taking the top cover off. i think the slide is stuck. i am going to try and change the oil. But if anybody has any suggestions please e-mail me. Also any body selling a Farmall H close to C.T. looking to restore another one. thanks.
