Sound like a 2000 with a front dozer blade likely controled by a lever on top of the transmission. If it lifts the front end it has hydralic down preasure. Good for grading and digging but bad for snowplowing. Likely there is a screew on the front of the valve that if turned out will allow the blade to float by taking away the down preasure. It can be changed back and forth as needed. If it really is a 65 it is likely a 3 cylinder. Generally a good engine in a good tractor. The older 4 cylinder engines were good but not as strong. The 4 cylinders were usually 6 volt for gass and 12 volt for diesel. In Wisconsisin the price would be very good for a running tractor, gas or diesel. Usual price would be in the $4,500 to $5,000 range if really in good condition. I have and older 861 and a 3 cyl. 3000 both with front mounted blades for snow plowing.
