There’s really no “easy” way. You could accomplish it by removing the rear cover (carries the brush holders), rotating it exactly 90 deg and putting it back on. But this requires rerouting/reconnecting the heavy copper bus straps between the field windings and the ungrounded brusholders, drilling new holes in the cover for the thru bolts and probably grinding off a locating pin. Keep in mind you’ll also need a complete new starter drive (either bendix or overrunning clutch assembly) for the opposite rotation. You’re probably better off buying the right starter - and maybe trade the one you’ve got as core...
