J.D. waterpump impeller

I wouid appreciate any tip on how to remove the impeller on a J.D. model 60 (same as an "A" } water pump is it pressed on or is it screwed on if so are the threads right hand or left. One thing about me is if I don't know about something is that it don't embarase me to ask someone who does ( you want damage something that way ) Thanks for any advice
