Howdy Bob - Trying to keep the potash nearly the same. I don't want it to get to high and cause the plants to leap out of the ground or outgrow what little moisture I have. Anywhoo, it is dry fertilizer to be mixed with water. I got one ton of this Bulldog fertilizer sitting and not quite sure what I got myself into :) Thinking that I need to pre-water and then follow up with the fertilizer. I am concerned that if I feed first then water I may push the feed past the root zone. I am wanting to give my plants a final "boost" (ear fill) before harvest time near the end of June. It has been a DRY, DRY growing season here in N. FL. Dry weather has forced me into other alternatives that are stretching my experience and knowledge base.
