We hade same problem with our Ford 5000 after we pulled it out of flood waters. We tried everything that is mentioned but they all failed. Really didn't want to break it half to unlock it, so we thought of something alittle dangerous. We had a dozer & tied the tractor to it. Started the tractor up & let it eat. It stood up on it rear wheels, but it broke loose. But remember,this is very dangerous, for the tractor could roll over backwards.
