I figure the purpose of the forum is to help people. If you're going to say check the manual for every question that comes up, there would be no need for the forum, as nearly every problem that could come up is covered in a manual SOMEWHERE! So many times, when someone is criticized on here to check the manual, it turns out they have already realized they needed one, and ordered it, but want a quick answer to get a machine running again, while they wait for the manual to arrive.
