opinions on Scag ST17KA mower

I have called about a Scag ST17KA mower. It says it has a front 60" mower deck. Is this the type that has a seat over a single rear caster? Do you steer it like a ZTR (levers)? I'm sure if the guy calls back he'll answer these questions. He says it was running when parked (X years ago) and is asking $175. I wonder how hard these are to work on and how well they hold up. I could really use a big mower like this on our farm.
