rusty, they are spending the money alright!
The bridge north of my house is going to be rewidened. They have had countless survey crews out. another crew to take out some brush and trees, they send a crew out to mark for signage, then another crew to bring the signs, then still another to set the posts, and the dam signs ain't up yet! But they do have 4 real nice electric signal lights up. Big truck with 16 inch augar to dig the holes, that didn't cost nothin, no. Oh, yes rusty, they are spending the money.
