It sounds like you worked for a good company. I have yet to find one that rewards hard work and competence. Hard work just makes the boss more money because you do the work of two people and justs make me more tired at the end of the day.I'm not much for the union thing, but some of the crap these bosses pull brought them about.Around here the union shops are going goodbye. The companies just shut down and move,or rename and rehire cheaper labor.
