what the other guys are basicly saying is dont waste your money fixing that worn out piece of crap. for about the same price as the needed repairs you can just about pay for a new machine. the transmission is probably worn out and will cost almost as much to repair as it would cost for a new mower,if you cant afford to buy new right now look around for a used one most dealers will have used trade-ins that are better than what you have now
