I have a cheap fi-shock I got from harbor freight $99, 3 or 4 years ago,it is not the most powerful rig but it works it hurts when I touch it,it keeps horses out of the hay and thats all you can ask for. I covered the solar panel to see how long it would work without it and after 4 days it was still hot.
