Why dont you get an owners manual that will tell you how to set the plow so it will go in the ground the one i had was mounted to the axle and the other rockshaft would tilt the hitch for depth. Gardens dont plow that tough so your tilt must be off. Maybe change the shares around if the front is worn some. Lots of things to do to make it go in the ground like HUGH says draw out the points is just one. Is your wheel set in for the rite distance?
