Haven't tried to sell anything on net yet but experience you describe not uncommon from tracking sellers in newspaper classifieds; they leave a phone number, you call, never get an answer even when you leave message on the answering machine. If sellers are really serious they ought to figure out a better way to respond to prospective buyers.
