Cleaning out gas tank crud, How ?

Got a Ford NAA, and my gas tank is full of junk in the bottom, what are some ways of getting it out so it doesn;t keep plugging up my fuel line. I will try any thing, im fed up Argh! what are new tanks worth for these tractors ?
