don't know much about MF systems but it is possible that there is a power drain in the solenoid for the starter or it is draining power through the alternater.i know on the older cats you could leave the master switch on for days and not kill the battery and they were shut off with a fuel shut off.maybe check the solenoid and alternater.hope i was of some help
