The Oliver would likely be a better choice. Most of them got larger sleeves and pistons at their first overhaul and put out around 55 PTO hp. The Oliver had a fully independent PTO and fully live hydraulics were available. It's also heavier, has more convenient controls, and has a drivers' position with lots better visibility than the WD-45.
