I agree with Shep about it being a tough choice, but with about 5 seconds of thought, it would be the Oliver 88. The 88 is a better tractor, I have owned and used both tractors, and the 88 will out work the WD-45 hands down, especially if it has 3 point on it, or if you add the 3 point hitch to it.
