Carburator Adjustment?

I just rebuilt the carb on my 1969 MM M670 Super. Now, the only way the tractor will start, or stay running, is if the choke is pulled almost all the way out. It runs absolutely great with the choke pulled out, but if I push it in, even a little, the tractor will die. I know this is just the adjustments to the load and/or idle needles, but I don't know which. Could someone set me straight? I appreciate the help.
