I agree with Mark. You cant begin to understand the can of worms you will open up if you try to do a swap like that. Even if the present engine has a cracked block or some type of failure that would be a cause for replacement, you can still find a short block or rman engine to go in and be a lot cheaper..and it will cut down on the headaches.
