We had a kyoti tractor here at the job, it was a piece of junk. Looked good at first but too cheaply made. Imitation Kubota IMO. Which is the better deal? a 1000 buck mower that lasts 3 years or a 3000 buck machine that lasts 12? I spend the lesser amount (1400) on a Murray mower, get 4 years out of it. I see folks spend 6000 on a machine and in 10 years it's worn out too. I just have a new machine more often, and a warranty in the middle of the 10-12 yr time span. It's a matter of perspective. None of them last like they should.
