All of what RAB said.....also, my grader needed a shot of starting fluid almost all of the time, unless the engine was already hot...some engines have a starter fluid injection system...only spray starter fluid into the air cleaner while cranking the engine over...otherwise you could damage engine.
Grader always fired up this way, even at 20 below...
