Wooden spokes tractor

Hello,

My family has recently purchased 80 acres of land in AZ. We discovered a very old looking tractor on the land. We need advice as what to do with it. Sell it or what? The body is intact,it has two small front wheels with wooden spokes, which is why we thought it was antique. There are no obvious markings. We haven't the slightest clue about tractors, so any advice would help. Thanks
