I have a 147 with an Electric lift also. You can still get parts for the lift from Duff-Norton. They are the OEM for the lift. Here is a spec sheet on the lift http://www.duffnorton.com/guides/TMD500MP.pdf.
and here is the link to their website. http://www.duffnorton.com/repair.asp They have autherized repair centers. It will cost $180 to completely rebuild and $280 for a brand new lift.
