Well I don't know why not. Some judge the other day let a woman marry her boyfriend that had died several years before. Wonder how he signed the marriage license application? Should she immediately probate his estate? If she meets someone later, will she have to get a divorce? ???????????????????????????? I can't for the life of my figure out why a judge in his right mind would allow such a thing? Jerry Springer here we come.
