Help to a new amature tractor owner. I have recently bought an IH 1086 at an auction. There was one apparent problem with it then. It needed ether to get it started. Being ignorant I attributed that to the weather. Once it started the injection pump will not idle. It will not recover from idle. It used 2-bottles of ether and a jump to get it to stay running with high idle. Once I got it home, after letting it run for two hours, to charge the batteries, I noticed an oil leak. A friend told me that it is comming out of "Blow by tube." Any suggestions or recommendations. Thank you and may the Lord Richly Bless you.
