Best to get one with independant pto (has hydralic clutch to engage) some only had pto that ran when power director was in neutral (like d-17). Make sure the transmission is really fixed. I spent $1200 on one in 1974 and in 30 days it was jumping out again. It was high gear that failed. I paid $6000 cash for mine new in 1970 (it didn't have IPTO).
