sometimes a warranty is not worth the paper it is written-like the metal retail place in our area that has a 50 year warranty on tin but it has been established that they go out of business every 20 years or so and reincorporate as another business. You cannot get blood from a turnip-ultimately the answer is BUYER BEWARE. Did not help your f150 question, but applies in general
