go to the archives in the Case tractor forum and do a search for F.I.T (Frank In Tallahasee) Has a real great website on rust removal and restoring old equipment......Very interesting PS. I have used zinc-oxide on rusty or bare trailer frames...but "EXTREMELY TOXIC" Need a really good resporator when sparying this paint also it is neurial toxic (absorbs through the skin) be careful on the paint you use..READ the labels Good luck
