Nolan, you're missing the point. Yes, it's a good idea to turn off the gas for just the reasons you're listing. I'm talking about the habitual offending carb. Ya know? The one that NEVER stops leaking gas? This is another problem; I'm posting on how people don't know or want to fix their stuff, and someone always has to post up an argument ...Well guess what, you're not fixing your carb by shutting the fuel off, you're safeguarding your investment....good to do, and good advice...still off subject.
