As before, hire a contractor, go rent, beg/borrow or whatever .....A skidsteer loader w/ a shredder attachment. shred off the briars, plant a cover crop. In spring spray regrowth with Crossbow, and crop oil in water. There isn't much else growing under it except weeds.
