It is possible that maybe the seller did'nt know? He said he took in on trade. I know alot of people that get stuff on trade and do not bother to do one iota with it. Just pass it on to the next person to deal with. They just look at it to be sure that it all appears to be therel there. They never bother to check out its mechanical condition. Therefore, don't second guess or judge someone right off the bat. For all we know, this guys is 60 years old and has health problems..Maybe he couldnt check out the condition of the unit. Looks like a fine blower to me. Phil
