Hi George, Yep, you are right and this is exactly why I went ahead and gambled on him. All in all, he was a very good seller in my mind as he answered every email and was more than helpful getting the thing loaded & shipped with the trucking outfit. And, I'm definitely giving him positive feedback. It just seems to me that perhaps a small, one sentence mention of the fact that the machine was locked up tight and absolutely would not turn might have been in order. Have a good one, Allan
