If you are depending on the two hole fitting on
the end of the clutch rod to identify a two stage
clutch be careful. Ford switched to a single
hole - not possible to lower pedal - style fitting
in late production and for all replacement
parts.
My point is you could still have a live PTO that
only needs adjustment. The "Ford Shop
Manual" has a good two page description of
how to adjust and trouble shoot.
