This is a well-known scam used to get eBay account information from gullible users. You will be directed to a bogus site that looks very much like an eBay site.

If you want to do something about this, forward your email to [email protected]. Make sure that you've set your mail preferences so that the full headers are shown in the message. (You should see a bunch of lines that say "Received by:" following by the address of a mail relay.) eBay can use this information to track down the sender of the spoof.
