Still not starting.Replaced connections on the nuetral switch(crossed wires to test)checked and cleaned cables from battery,still nothing.Could it be a bad switch(on the dash) that shuts the power of from the pos.battery cable leading to the solenoid.The voltage is good on the battery side but drops down to about 5 or 6 volts on the other.It seems to freeze up in the cold,and does'nt want to move.anything I can do with it?Thanks for any help.
